Our project is driven by research and aims to explore and analyze significant issues pertaining to tradition, modernity, and globalization within the architectural contexts of Asia. It encompasses various activities that ultimately lead to the creation of a comprehensive study. These activities include information collection, indexing, and evaluation, analysis of gathered data, compilation and organization of the study, writing of the study, assembly of illustrations and text, design of the layout, as well as binding and presentation.
As a part of our research group, we have focused on investigating the sustainability of cultural heritage tourism, with a specific emphasis on Jalan Tun H.S. Lee. Throughout our research, we have identified a particular issue that demands attention: the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings and its significance in preserving local heritage.

REFLECTION:
Through this project, I have gained knowledge and skills in describing the historical evolution of vernacular architecture within the Asian region. This includes understanding how it has adapted to indigenous contexts, as well as interpreting important issues associated with the development of contemporary Asian architecture, with a focus on the themes of tradition, modernity, and globalization.
